Married couple? Single parent? Grandparents? Aunt and uncle? Divorced? Widowed? Family of four? Family of two? Whatever your situation, my goal is to make it better by providing the perfect nanny. What sets me apart from other childcare providers and agencies is my talent for matching families with nannies. I listen. I ask, “What do you need?” And I meet the entire family in order to truly understand what the family needs.
I have first-hand knowledge of what it takes to be a successful nanny, and I select only outstanding candidates. My goal is to find the ideal nanny for your family. To me, placing a nanny is a privilege, and children are entitled to a very thoughtful, careful selection process.
The number one question: “Where do you find them?”
I have worked as a nanny, and I keep in touch. My pipeline of potential nannies comes from referrals by trusted employees, colleagues, friends, and family.
My nannies must meet the following expectations:
I also look for these assets:
I strongly believe that personality, values, and upbringing are far more important than the number of degrees, child courses, seminars, and work experience a nanny possesses.
We begin with a 1-hour sit-down consultation. This is a chance for me to find out more about your family and your needs, and for you and your family to ask me questions. The purpose is to find out if we are a good fit. Mutual trust is paramount. I will meet your kids, your dog, your fish, your entire family—and we will go from there

Danielle did an outstanding job of understanding our needs, from our complicated schedules to our views on parenting, and using those to find the perfect nanny. She also did an impeccable job with all of the reference, background and safety checks which we would not have had the time or know how to do. We would use Danielle again in a heartbeat, but hope we won’t have to since we’re so happy with our current nanny!
